A Good Neighborhood

You become a meticulous hunter the moment you realize a dream of a picture-perfect house. You don't just look for a perfect home and a perfect price; you also need to be satisfied with the overwhelming aura of your own neighborhood. But why? Because you'll spend half of your life wandering on those streets, dealing with common folks that will later on become your own big surrogate family. An effective house plan looks for what is inside the walls as well as what awaits outside your door. Always strive for a balance in life!
