Home and Garden Television is one of the informative channels that I love to watch. It's a channel that features different styles of houses like
pretty Scandinavian house from all over America and even gives tips on how to remodel your own dream house at a low price. They also present designers, and one of those designers they feature was designer Jonathan Fong who is known for his exquisite and out of this world ideas on how to design one's house.
Recently, Jonathan Fong releases his
latest book, "Walls that Wow," that presents his creative ideas on how to design and redesign one's own walls. I really like Jonathan Fong and his new book because he has no talent in painting, sculpture, and drawing per se. However, he is able to think of ways that could enhance homes or walls with his wits and unconventional thinking. For me, Jonathan's design is really thinking outside the box. He is a nonconformist who invents trends in home designs.
One of the examples of Jonathan's work was his sculpture sticky post-its and paper tape walls. From these, I'm sure you'll get a pretty good idea as to what kind of designer Jonathan Fong is, right? Many people appreciates Jonathan Fong's designs because he shows us that talent does not really count in designing one's walls, but creativity is. He shows us that you don't need a designer just to make your walls aesthetically pleasing. In fact, he said that with our resources available at home, we can come up with some design vision that is unique and at the same time inexpensive.
