DSL internet connection are secondary. Homes in the past centuries do not even have electricity. Most of the basic conveniences that we enjoy today are absent in the homes of our great grandparents.

Shingle House Style was born. This type of design became popular in the US between the period of 1874 to 1910. The shingle design is more rustic in appearance. Shingle homes blend perfectly well against the wooded landscape of lots. Shingle homes feature irregular roof line with cross gables. Porches are also common in Shingle designs. The floor is usually asymmetrical. The wood shingles are continuous on siding and roof.
A weather disaster is something that is inevitable. Even the use of weather instruments and modern gadgets do not guarantee exact prediction. However, if we are well knowledgeable of the possibilities of extreme weather conditions, we can always prepare.
